Ingredients

  • ¼ c. shortening
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method

  • Cream shortening; add ½ c. sugar and mix well. Add egg and orange peel.
  • Sift together dry ingredients; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Beat after each addition.
  • Spread dough in greased 9″ square pan. Brush top with
