Mashed potatoes and chocolate make these extra good with coffee

Ingredients

  • 1½ c. sugar
  • ¼ c. melted butter or regular margarine

Method

  • Stir sugar, butter and mashed potatoes into eggs; whip until creamy.
  • Sift flour, baking powder (2 tblsp. is right), salt, nutmeg and cocoa together; add alternately with milk to egg mixture. Mix well. Chill 2 hours.
