Drop dough by spoonfuls into deep hot fat (375°). Use 2 teaspoons which have been dipped into the fat first, so dough won’t stick to them. Take a rounded portion of dough on one spoon, push off into fat with other spoon. Or, roll dough in balls with floured hands and drop into fat. Turn as soon as they rise to top. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
