You can bake tiny cakes and serve with maple syrup like corn fritters

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp.

Method

  • Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat in eggs, milk and butter until batter is smooth. Stir in com.
  • Drop from ⅓-cup measure on preheated griddle and bake until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with butter and syrup for breakfast.
