Chili sauce adds spice—cook relish in a skillet about 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples
  • 2 tblsp. butter or regular margarine
  • 1 tblsp

Method

  • Cut unpeeled apples in wedges, removing cores.
  • Melt butter in skillet, add honey and chili sauce, mix thoroughly and heat Add apples, coating them with the chili-sauce mixture, and cook until slightly soft, about 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally to baste fruit. Serve hot or cold as meat relish and garnish.
