Serve on platter of chicken or meat—bright garnish and super-fine eating

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
  • 1 tblsp. butter or regular margarine

Method

  • Drain syrup from apricots. Add butter, sugar and cinnamon to syrup and boil 3 minutes. Gently add apricots. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot with poultry or meat.
