Flavors of red berries and blueberries complement one another

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. blueberries
  • 1 qt. red raspberries
  • 7 c. sugar
  • 1 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Method

  • Crush berries; measure 4 c. (if necessary, add water to make full amount).
  • Add sugar, mix well. Heat to full rolling boil; boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in pectin; skim.
  • Ladle into hot sterilized jars; seal.
