Ingredients

  • ¾ c. powdered fruit pectin
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 c. unsweetened grape juice
  • ½ c. light corn syrup

Method

  • Mix pectin and ½ c. sugar. Add grape juice and mix at low speed for 7 minutes. Add the remaining sugar and corn syrup. Mix 3 minutes longer.
  • Pour into containers, secure lids. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freezer or refrigerator.
