It’s strawberry season whenever you have this on the table


  • 1 c. powdered fruit pectin
  • c. sugar
  • 4 c.


  • Mix the pectin and ½ c. sugar. Add the puréed berries and mix at low speed for 7 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix 3 minutes longer.
  • Pour into containers, fasten lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours. Store in freezer or refrigerator.
