It’s strawberry season whenever you have this on the table
Ingredients
1 c 3½ c 4 c
Method
- Mix the pectin and ½ c. sugar. Add the puréed berries and mix at low speed for 7 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix 3 minutes longer.
- Pour into containers, fasten lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours. Store in freezer or refrigerator.
