Ingredients

  • 4 c. peeled, crushed pears
  • 3 c. sugar
  • ¼ tsp.

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and cook in a heavy pan, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes or until of spreading consistency. Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal.
