  • 3 qts. blueberries
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c.


  • Combine all ingredients in large kettle and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring often until liquid begins to jell, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Pour into hot jars; adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath (212°) 5 minutes. Remove jars and complete seals unless closures are self-sealing type.
