Method

Combine 1 c. softened ice cream, ½ c. dairy sour cream, ¼ c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Whip 1 c. heavy cream until quite stiff. Thoroughly fold whipped cream into ice cream mixture. Chill.
