Ingredients

  • 4 fresh ripe pears
  • ½ c. Mint Sauce
  • 1 c. fresh blackberries (optional)

Method

  • Peel pears and slice thinly. Coat slices with Mint Sauce. Refrigerate in covered container about 2 hours.
  • Spoon pear slices into dessert dishes; garnish with fresh blackberries.
