9 c ½ c 1 tblsp
Method
- Combine apples, cider and lemon juice in 3-qt. saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat and simmer until apples are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Add sugar, salt and nutmeg; cook 1 minute longer. Break up apples into chunks. Cool and refrigerate until serving time.
