Undertones of creamy cheesecake make this an all-season favorite dessert

Ingredients

  • ¾ c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tblsp. melted butter
  • 2 tblsp

Method

  • Thoroughly combine crumbs, melted butter and 2 tblsp. sugar. Lightly press mixture into well-greased 11 X 7 X 1½" pan. Bake in moderate oven (375°) about 8 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Beat egg yolks until thick. Add cream cheese, sugar and salt; beat until smooth and light.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Whip cream until stiff and fold
