Excellent dish to take to club luncheon. You can double the recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavor gelatin
  • 2 c. hot water

Method

  • Combine gelatin and hot water according to package directions. Chill until syrupy.
  • Fold in whipped cream and strawberries. Turn into sherbet or parfait glasses, or chill in 1-qt mold until set.
