Use pink-and-white peppermint ice cream shells to hold chocolate filling


  • 2 Pink Peppermint Ice Cream Pie Shells
  • 1 tblsp. cocoa
  • ½ c.


  • Combine cocoa and sugar. Add to pudding mix and prepare as directed on package. Cool; add vanilla.
  • Whip cream and fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into peppermint Ice Cream Pie Shells. Freeze. To serve, cut in wedges.
