Beat eggs on high speed of electric mixer for 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form (about 5 minutes). Add almond extract.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; add graham cracker crumbs. Fold crumb mixture, about ½ c. at a time, into beaten eggs. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased 13 X 9 X 2" pan.
