Superior quick, easy frosting—no worry about cooking to right stage


  • 2 tblsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 squares unsweetened chocolate


  • Melt butter and chocolate over boiling water, stirring to blend. All at once add 1½ c. confectioners sugar, light cream and salt. Beat with spoon until smooth.
