Ingredients

½ c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs

Method

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add melted chocolate and blend.
Sift dry ingredients together; add alternately with milk and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
Grease the sides of three 9" round layer cake pans; dust with cocoa. Line bottoms of pans with ungreased paper. Divide batter evenly between the pans.
