Cream ½ c. butter with 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar, 3 squares sweet cooking chocolate, melted, and 1 egg. Add 3 c. sifted confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla (optional), ¼ tsp. salt and grated peel of 1 lemon (about 1 tblsp.). Beat until smooth. If frosting is too thick to spread, add milk. Stir in 1 c. chopped nuts.
