  • c. butter
  • 3 c. confectioners sugar
  • tsp. instant coffee powder
  • 3 tblsp. light cream

Method

  • Cream butter. Sift sugar and coffee powder together. Add gradually to butter, creaming until light and fluffy.
  • Add cream as frosting becomes thick.
