Combine 1 c. sugar and ¼ c. cornstarch in saucepan. Slowly add 1 c. orange juice and 1 tsp. lemon juice and stir until smooth. Add 2 tblsp. butter, 2 tblsp. grated orange peel and ½ tsp. salt. Cook over low heat until thick and glossy. Cool before spreading on cake.
