  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2


  • Thaw strawberries and drain well. Over juice in dish, sprinkle gelatin; let stand until it softens. Set dish in pan of hot water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Combine with berries. Barely cool—do not let mixture congeal.
  • Whip cream; add sugar. Fold in strawberry mixture. (Strawberry mixture may appear too thin, but it will mix well into whipped cream.)
