10" Unbaked 9" pie shell

Method

  • ¼ tsp. salt, 1 c. sugar (¾ c. for a 9" pie), flour, vanilla and lemon juice. Toss with apples. Spoon into pie shell. Drizzle on butter.
  • Blend chilled peanut butter, ⅓ c. sugar (¼ c. for 9" pie), corn flakes and ⅛ tsp. salt with pastry blender. Sprinkle over apple laye
