  • 6 peeled medium tart apples, cut in eighths
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 tsp.


  • Mix apple slices with ½ c. sugar, cinnamon and water in saucepan. Cook about 10 minutes or until apples are partially cooked. Turn into 9" pie pan.
