  • 1 c. sugar
  • ½ c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • c.

Method

  • Combine sugars, flour, spices and salt. Add to pumpkin in heavy saucepan; mix thoroughly. Add water.
  • Cook 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour into bowl; cool. Package in ½ c. portions; freeze. (May be stored up to 4 weeks in freezer.)
