Crunchy-perfect for chiffon pies

Ingredients

  • c. cookie coconut
  • ½ c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 tblsp

Method

  • Combine coconut with confectioners sugar. Gradually stir in butter. Press evenly over bottom and sides of an oiled 8 or 9" pie pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
