Fill at serving time with ice cream


  • 2 c. flaked coconut
  • ¼ c. butter or regular margarine


  • Place coconut and butter, mixed together, in 9" pie pan. Toast in moderate oven (300°) 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Press over bottom and sides of pie pan. Cool before filling.
