Combine mincemeat, cranberry sauce (canned or home cooked), honey and peel. Add flour and salt; mix. Pour into pastry-lined 9" pie pan. Moisten pastry rim with water.
Roll out top crust; cut design with knife or make lattice pastry top. Adjust top over filling; seal and crimp edges.
Bake in hot oven (400°) 35 minutes, until lightly browned.
