Ingredients: 1 c. regular margarine; ⅔ c. sugar; 1 egg; 1 tsp. vanilla; 2½ c. sifted flour; ½ tsp. baking powder; 1 egg, separated; 1 c. cookie coconut; ¼ tsp. water; 2 drops red or blue food color; 2 drops red or blue food color

1 c. regular margarine
⅔ c. sugar
1 egg

Method

Beat together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in 1 egg and vanilla to blend thoroughly.
Sift together flour and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture. Divide dough in half; wrap each half in waxed paper and chill.
On lightly floured surface, roll half of dough very thin, less than ⅛" if possible. Cut with lamb cookie cutter or pattern.<
