Method
- Combine cake mix, eggs, water and shortening. Mix with a spoon until well blended.
- Shape dough into balls the size of walnuts. Roll in confectioners sugar.
- Place 1½" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven (375°) 8 to 10 minutes. Remove cookies and cool on racks.
