    Ingredients

    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 c. sugar

    Method

    • Combine eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add sugar and flour sifted with salt and baking powder; blend well. Stir in nuts and fruits.
    • Bake in greased 15½ X 10½ X 1" jelly roll pan in moderate oven (350°) 30 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Cut in 2" squares. Sprinkle with sugar. Store in airtight box.
