Make dainty, tea-size or man-size cookies according to your needs. Top with a chocolate confectioners sugar frosting—a decorative curl for dainty, tea-size, a generous covering for the man-size cookies

Ingredients

  • 1⅓ c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp

Method

  • Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  • Cream shortening; add sugar gradually; cream until fluffy.
  • Add egg to creamed mixture with chocolate; blend well. Add vanilla and milk. Stir in dry ingredients, raisins and nuts. Mix well; chill 30 minutes.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2" apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake in moderate ove
