Make Ice Cream Wafers recipe, substituting ¼ tsp. baking soda and ½ tsp. cream of tartar for baking powder. Add ½ c. toasted coconut and ¼ c. sesame seeds (if unavailable add another ¼ c. toasted coconut). Mix ingredients well. Shape dough into roll. Chill 15 minutes. Slice ⅛" thick and place 1" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove and cool on racks.
