  • 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemon juice concentrate, thawed
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 (12 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled


  • Combine concentrates, add water and pineapple juice; stir in sugar. Makes 4 quarts.
  • Ladle into wide-topped freezer containers, leaving 1" head space. Cover tightly and freeze. Recommended storage time, up to 1 month.
  • To serve, partially thaw juice mixture at room temperature, about 5 hours. Place in punch bowl. Stir with fork to break up chunks of ice. Add ginger ale.
