Cool-looking lime sherbet adds appeal

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 qt. cold water
  • 2 (7 oz.) bottles carbonated water
  • 1 pt. lime sherbet

Method

  • Blend together orange and lemonade concentrates and 1 qt. water. Pour over ice cubes in pitcher. Carefully pour in carbonated water; stir gently. When ice thoroughly chills mixture, fill glasses ¾ full. Top with spoonfuls of lime sherbet.
