Ingredients

  • 4 c. strawberries
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 3 c. orange juice
  • ¾ c. lemon juice
  • qts. ginger ale, chilled
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 c. strawberries, sliced

Method

  • Mash 4 c. strawberries with ½ c. sugar. Let stand 1 hour. Force through strainer. Add orange and lemon juices, ginger ale and ½ c. sugar to strained strawberry juice. Pour into large punch bowl. Add sliced strawberries.
