Refreshing for winter parties

Ingredients

  • ½ c. tea leaves
  • 4 sticks cinnamon
  • 6 whole cloves

Method

  • Tie together in cheesecloth tea leaves, cinnamon and cloves. Submerge in boiling water; then remove from heat and steep 10 minutes. Remove bag.
  • Add sugar, fruit juices and cider. Heat just to boiling, stirring.
  • Pour ginger ale into 2-gal. punch bowl; then pour in hot punch. (A metal spoon in punch bowl will keep hot liquid from breaking it.)
