A drink that will pinch-hit for dessert if passed with chocolate cookies


  • 1 c. milk
  • ½ c. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 tsp


  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix at high speed for 1 minute. Mixture should be smooth and foamy.
  • Pour into serving glasses. For a thicker drink add a small scoop of ice cream during mixing.
