Pretty enough for the punch bowl at a hot-weather party


  • 3 c. water
  • c. dry milk
  • 6 eggs, separated


  • Mix water and dry milk. Chill thoroughly.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add ¼ c. sugar, continuing to beat.
  • Beat egg yolks until very light; add remaining sugar and vanilla. Fold in egg whites.
  • When well blended, gradually pour into milk mixt
