Ingredients

  • 3 c. milk
  • ¾ c. crushed peppermint candy
  • ¼ c.

Method

  • Scald milk in double boiler. Add candy and stir until dissolved. Chill.
  • Combine water, lemon juice, vanilla and dry milk in deep bowl. Beat with electric beater about 6 minutes or until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Beat 1 minute or until blended. Chill.
  • When ready to serve, whip peppermint mixture until foamy. Fold in half of whipped dry-milk mixture. Po
