Ingredients

  • ½ c. sifted cocoa
  • 1 c. sugar
  • tsp.

Method

  • Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan. Add the water gradually, stirring until mixture is smooth.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute without stirring.
  • Remove from heat and cool. When cool, stir in vanilla. Pour into jar or other container, cover and refrigerate until needed.
