Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. instant coffee powder
  • ½ c. boiling water
  • c. cold water
  • ¼ c. butterscotch topping
  • ½ pt. vanilla ice cream

Method

  • Dissolve coffee in hot water; add cold water. Combine with remaining ingredients in blender or large bowl of electric mixer. Blend or beat until frothy. Pour into tall glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
