Good with almost every vegetable—especially chilled cucumber strips


  • ¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ tsp


  • Combine Tabasco, curry powder, dry mustard and salt. Stir into mayonnaise.
  • Combine onion, celery and parsley; stir into mayonnaise mixture. Fold in eggs. Chill until ready to serve.
