Small sandwich triangles with two fillings—ham and cheese mix

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tblsp. chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. capers and juice (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tblsp. pickle relish
  • tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. sliced, fully cooked ham
  • Cream cheese (for garnish)

Method

  • Combine all ingredients, except ham. Spread mixture on 6 slices white bread and top with a ham slice. Cut each bread slice in 4 triangles. To garnish, pipe ribbons of cream cheese on top in a decorative design.
