Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tblsp. blue cheese, crumbled
  • c. chopped walnuts
  • ¼ c. crumbled dried beef
  • 2 tsp. minced green onion tops
  • 4 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • tsp. ground red pepper
  • Dried beef (for garnish)

Method

  • Whip cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and spread on 6 slices buttered whole wheat bread. Cut each slice in 3 fingers. Garnish with additional chopped dried beef.
