Combine ¼ c. mayonnaise, ¼ c. Worcestershire sauce, ¼ c. ketchup, 1 tsp. horseradish, ¼ tsp. garlic juice, ½ tsp. salt and tsp. pepper; chill thoroughly. Sprinkle grated hard-cooked egg yolk on top just before serving.
