Easy to fix and a joy to eat


  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate pieces
  • ¼ c. light corn syrup
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tblsp. confectioners sugar
  • 2 c. seedless raisins


  • Combine chocolate pieces and syrup in top of double boiler over hot water. Set over low heat. Stir until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat.
  • Add vanilla, confectioners sugar and raisins. Stir to coat with chocolate.
  • Drop from teaspoon onto buttered baking sheet. Chill. Store in a cool place, in a covered container.
