  • 2 c. sugar
  • tsp. salt
  • 1 c. <


  • Mix sugar, salt and cream in 2-qt. heavy saucepan; boil gently, without stirring, to firm ball stage (245°). Cool to lukewarm (110°); add flavorings and beat until creamy.
  • Fold in peanuts. Pour into buttered 8" square pan. When cool, cut in squares.
